Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $299 (remote regions excluded).
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and (volumetric) weight.
Express shipping is typically 1.5–2.0× the standard rate.

Duty & Tax Options
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties/taxes are collected at checkout; we handle customs. Available in: US, CA, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, SE, JP.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Duties/taxes are collected by local customs or the carrier upon delivery.
Your available option is shown automatically at checkout based on your shipping country.
Order Processing Cut‑off
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (business days): processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM: processed the next business day.
Weekend/holiday orders: processed on the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued within 24 hours after shipment.
Tracking details are emailed automatically.

Packaging & Insurance
Professional protective packaging for all shipments; extra cushioning for fragile items.
Optional shipment insurance for high‑value orders (recommended for express/overseas).
Remote & Limited‑Access Areas
Additional transit time or surcharges may apply for remote/limited‑access areas. If your address is affected, we will notify you before shipment and offer options to proceed, change address, or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery Guidelines
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If damage is suspected, photograph the exterior box, labels, and inner contents before full unboxing.
Report issues within 24 hours of delivery for faster resolution.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost packages: we will open a carrier investigation and provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation.
Shipping damage: a replacement or refund will be arranged upon verification of photo evidence.
Claim window: notify us within 48 hours of receipt (based on carrier delivery timestamp).
Returns Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer except for confirmed quality issues or incorrect items sent.
